• We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any order, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that violate Section 5 (User Content and Intellectual Property).

• Custom Nature: All products sold on the Site are custom-made based on the specific design, color, size, and quantity selected by the customer.
• Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and mock-ups. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. The actual color, fabric weight, and design placement may vary slightly from the digital mock-up due to screen calibration and the printing process.
• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Ordering and Payment

• Order Confirmation: An order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
• Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled
• Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property (CRITICAL SECTION)

This section governs the designs, text, and images that you upload or submit to be printed on the custom apparel (“User Content”).

A. Ownership and License Grant

• Your IP: You retain all ownership rights in your User Content.
• License Grant: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the User Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and for marketing purposes (with your prior permission).

B. User Warranties and Indemnification

You represent and warrant to us that:

1. You are the sole author and owner of the User Content, or you have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights in and to your User Content.
2. Your User Content does not infringe upon, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of any third party.
3. Your User Content is not unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lanjo Custom Tees and its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to any breach of the warranties in this Section 5, or any claim that the User Content infringes upon the rights of a third party.

C. Our Right to Refuse Printing

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove User Content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise violates these Terms, including designs that infringe on third-party IP (such as famous logos, characters, or slogans).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
